Default Need some advice

Hello Everyone, I have been looking into buying a 1998 Blazer LS and came across a few things that i would like some advice on weather or not i should buy it or run before i burry myself in a hole.

Problems,
A/C Cuts in and out, Push the A/C Button and it gets cold for a little bit but then it will just stop blowing cold air. cycle the button again and it will work. But it has the Automatic climate thing. Never had it before... I think its just a switch but wanted to ask.
Engine oil pan covered in grease/oil. Its thick oil witch makes me say grease. It also had some grease on the lower right control arm it that makes a difference. I checked the CV boot and no tears. I cant figure out what it is.
Transmission leaking fluid, He said it leaks about 1 quart a month at about 40 miles a day.... he said his mechanic said it was from where the trans meets the transfer case... but it looks like its before that because theres trans fluid on the front of the pan.... There s also fluid around i think its a servo? Its round and on the RH side of the trans. Theres fluid around it.

I got pictures but they are way to big to upload in here (Size Limit) and i don't know how to make them smaller.

Any advice there would help.

Thank you for reading. Hope to hear from someone.

I dont think it really looks all that bad, just build up of crud over the years. What needs to be done if your worried is clean it all up then look for leaks. Easier once its clean, Tell to to fix the crooked headlight also. Simple tab in slot fix

I am not worried about the headlight but it looks broken...
Its not a big deal because I will still be driving my 92 for about 2 months before it becomes my brothers (Selling it to him on payments) truck. So it will sit while I fix it up and install the lift. 2.5 Rough country and 2" Blocks.. Extra $100 on to payoff for this blazer but after looking at what a rough country costs.. I will take it! but I am not buying the 22" rims that he has for it.. hahaha
