What are you having trouble with? Getting the key fob coded to work with the truck? Most shops should be able to do this for you. If I were you I'd call around first to find one before you go to a dealer and pay twice the price.

I've been looking into getting a scanner to do this myself, what I've found is that usually the scanners needed to recode key fobs and keys, are the same ones used to recode TPMS sensors. ...i just haven't been able to convince myself to drop the 2500 bucks on it...yet

Is the part number for the fob correct for your Blazer?

I was able to get a second one for mine and had no troubles, only needed the aftermarket seller's instructions.
