Default No heat after changing out heater core

I replaced my heater core and took my time with it. Now that everything is back together I have no heat. I changed out the blend door actuator and tried to initiate it several upon several times. Replaced a few rotted out vacuum lines. Even replaced the heater hose under the hood which get fire hot I might add. I’ve had the dash out twice and went over everything I can think of to only be defeated. If there is anything anyone could recommend. I’d truly truly appreciate it.

also I might add after every initiation the AC light is illuminated in hvac controls.

Heat only works when it’s turned all the way to the right and it’ll roast you out
