I have a 4WD, 4DR, AT 1998. I drive mostly in town with a few hiway miles to work (2 miles hiway, one-way). My previous calculation for hiway driving was about 20 MPG.

picked 18-19 range but really its 19-20

probably 90% highway, i take it easy on the throttle. cruise control from 65-70

'00 4dr LT
4.3 with the auto4wd
BFG Radial TA's 235/70r15
not sure what the rear end is...

between 18 and 19 right now could increase once i ge the right fuel pump though
4.3L 2dr 2wd factory gears and a cherry bomb muffler mostly city driving every now and then i hit the highway

I'm gettin' about 16-17mpg in my 2003 LS Blazer. Still got the stock engine, gear ratio, and all that jazz. The only upgrades that would affect the mpg's is maybe the wind drag from the brush guard (if any) and the flowmaster super 44. Anyone know anything that could help with the mpg's?

depending on how many miles it has i simple transmission flush could help your mpg's also a fuel induction service can help but not the fuel injector cleaners you can buy at autozone the real stuff they use at shops like tires plus that they put in an atomizer or whatever its called and run the car purely on that would help

im driving a good mix of highway and city right now, I've recently serviced my fluids - tranny, front diff, rear diff, engine oil, trans case.
have a cold air intake which claims to help with millage a bit, and i baby my throttle for the most part. im gettin 20.9 mpg

Went on a hunting trip this weekend, been raining like crazy here so i switched it to auto4wd on the drive down there... been stuck in auto4wd since friday afternoon. 200 mile round trip, cruise control on 70 for the most part.

needless to say i was shocked to average 21 mpg.

with my 1998 jimmy gmc, 4x4 2dr. with 6" lift and 33" Mud graps
i get 8
and i do about 100 miles a day.
wow, time for me to get a moped.

18-19 mpg. mostly highway miles and some interstate. bt the occasional offroading and country driving. 3.73 gears. easy on the accelerator. flat land in indiana. 4X4 (Zr2) 4.3 V6 Vortec.

High 14s low 15, all stock blazer, 50/50 mix city and country during the summer (all 2wd), driving style, usually 5 above speed limit and accelerate like most people would
