interstate = 60mph. if i mess around in fields i get about 16 average.

I figure I can throw mine up here too, just to compare.

Specifications: 1988 S-10 Blazer 2-door "Sport", 2.8L V6, 700R4 overdrive automatic, 4x4, 4.11 gear ratio, 69k original miles.

Driving habits: mostly city driving, occasionally some back-road highway adventures, fairly easy acceleration and braking, occasional 4x4 use (haven't gone through a winter yet with it).

I see a fairly constant 16mpg under these conditions. I expect it to drop some this winter, since I put a remote start on it, and I like using that to warm it up before/after work.

Highest mileage I've gotten out of it was about 18-19mpg, lowest was 14. The low was when I was playing around in 4x4 a lot crawling through some rocks. High was mostly just back and forth to work (about 8 miles each direction). I get better city mileage than highway in this little beast.

I'm happy with my mileage in it, however. It's a definite step up from the F-250 4x4 I had last year... That thing got 8mpg!

Internet wouldn't let me vote...

15.5 MPG on 85 octane, 16.5 MPG on 87 octane, have yet to try 91. 80/20 hwy/city. 3.73 gears, 4 door automatic 4x4. 2 inch bodylift with 31x10.5 BFG A/T's. Recent tune-up.New muffler, CAI w/ heatshield. Usually pretty easy on the pedal. MPG ratings taken on dry roads, no A/C, with 1 minute warmups. Always 65 MPH on the highway. Used to get 17.5-19 with no lift and 30x9 passenger tires.
Yay for dropping gas prices

Could not vote either...But, just got back from a 16 hour round trip tour to the parents place.....

25.6 mpg (Imperial Gallon) cruising at 60 mph.....

That about 21 mpg for a U.S. gallon....

Thought it was pretty good as there were 3 of us plus all of our luggage...

Temperture is a contributing factor where gas mileage is concerned I check mine every fillup, in the summer the best I ever got (hwy) was 7.8kms per liter or 22.34 MPG Can. Gal or 18.3 MPG US. theaverage for around town 5.8 kms per liter or 16.5 mpg Can. or 13.6 mpg US. I just picked up a 05 trailblazer ext 4 X 4 with the 5.3 v8 I will post the results next week

It's not 16.5 mpg Canadian... It's Imperial measurements we use. [:'(]
