Did you do the fuel filter as well when you did the pump?

P1345 is camshaft crankshaft correlation. On these trucks, usually it is due to installing the distributor a tooth off. Most every time I've seen it on this forum, that's been the problem. I'd remove and reinstall the distributor being very **** lining everything up correctly. Search the forum and you'll find many posts describing this procedure. Especially take note to posts by "Captain Hook".

I am guessing this is a distributor problem..I changed the 4.3 out of my 2000 blazer with a 2002 s10' 4.3 I used my distributor out of the old 4.3 that had lower intake gasket issues...And I liked to never have got that code to go away..I got it close obviously it ran fine didnt really miss/hesitate ect while running.. It would hesitate to start ever so often..Then when it did start I assume the computer ajusted the timing the p1345 would come back and then disappeare ..finally after about 5 attempts of just pulling the distributor out just enough to re seat it..Guess i finally got it never came back again..Thats been 30,000 miles ago.??Are you sure you intalled it for the v6 and not the v8?

The P1345 is a distributor installation issue.

Check the timing. I agree that the dizzy may be off a tooth.
