you can check local performance shops, etc that do custom tuning, there are a few out here. HPtuners is what our colorado got tuned from, there are others. most place that have a dyno can do tuning as well. call around. they will tune your vehicle while running/driving it.

We got a 'street tune' Drove around vancouver under different throttle conditions, hills, etc, and the tuner adjusted the setting on his latop and uploaded them, checked all the settings, fine tuned, etc etc. We got charged $250 canadian

why would you want to ruin your truck with a SB swap? grab something a little more common to do it to, and you can send your '03 my way.
