Pinging noise from underneath vehicle

There is a big pinging sound that comes from underneath my 98 blazer after I stop and park and sometimes while I'm driving. I think it might be my coil springs but not sure

Not really, I hear it the most when I stop or park for the first few seconds. I honestly think that it's coming from the coil springs settling or something

Makes me think of my failed catalytic converter. Half of the honeycomb inside was loose and rattling/shaking/pinging at stops or while idling, driving it was silent. Ya might check that out.
