Projectors for RHD Blazer

Projectors for RHD Blazer
Hey Blazer people, I've now got the finance to buy projectors for my '99 Blazer but....as some of you know, my truck is right hand drive. AND I've procrastinated long enough! LOL
I have a few issues I need to clear in my mind before commiting myself to a $400 - $450 spend (that's kiwi dollars - US$300 includes shipping) since if wrong, I can't return them for credit or even sell them locally.
I have my sights on the black projectors & as a back-up perhaps the black twin light units if projectors are not viable.

Issue No.1
Does the black affect the light output? This applies to both types of headlights.
Issue No.2
I understand (from the Chevy specialists here who specialise in RHD conversions) the bulbswould need to be "tweaked" to point the other way or else my lights would be pointing intooncoming traffic. I understand this can be done with normal bulbs but what about theprojector light? I assume this is the outside light (purplish). How does this adjust? Also,is this a sealed unit or does it still need a bulb? I can't quite figure this out from the e-bay info.
Another issue, but one I feel is not a major problem is that the mounting bracket on the back of the headlights differ from what is on my Blazer. I would like to assume the slots for the lights would be at the same level on both LHD & RHD trucks. I'll visit the Chevy guys Friday after work, they did had a LHD wreck some time back & maybe they still have the lights from it. That'll then answer this question. It should in any event not be too difficult to fabricate a new bracket if need be.
P.S. I've also posted this on the .net site for more coverage.

RE: Projectors for RHD Blazer
The Black Shouldn't affect the light ouput at all, the reflector portion of the headlight is still the same, and that is what is needed to reflect the light. There is no silver around the projector, because it "projects, not reflects...
As for adjusting it shouldn't be to hard at all... By the looks of it it has the same type of adjusters that are on the stock headlights. So you should be able to adjust the whole headlight just like you could adjust your stock headlights. (that is if you mounting brackets are the same.)
The actual bulb (not the projector) is not a seald unit, you can use your stock bulb in that spot.
