Negative no not usualy Im just tired of working and sinking $ into something I dont know if i ever will get to drive. This pos is taking $ away from things that need it more than My Jimmy. You have read most of my post on what I have been through with my Jimmy. How much more is person supposed to take. When do you say enough is enough. This project was never meant to be a lifetime total restore.
It should have only taken 1 month to get done.
Alll I feel like is Im spinning my wheels..Then today Im supposed be towing my jimmy to my other place, what happens? Its pouring down rain and supposed to rain all day.Im already past my deadine in when I was supposed to be out of my old place.
Yeah thats hillarious.Rip the motor and trans out along with the computer bs and i might buy it.Then I`ll do a old school custom engine and trans swap.It will be transformed into how a vehicle is supposed to be.

And I have read through the posts on the forum. Yes, SOME people have had numerous problems with their blazers/jimmys/bravadas, but how many people have not. Of course there will be problems, some of them are over 20 years old.
My 94 was in perfect running and driving condition, all I had to do was a radiator, brakes, and the ball joints
Sofar on my Jimmy, I have had to do fuel pump, spider assembly, and brakes (oh, and a tune up) but even still, that really is not that bad.
I guess some have better luck than others
Something I just started thinking about,How Jimmy owners does this site represent .What % tage of people actualy have numerous problems compared to all the ones I see on the road that people are driving.
As for being thought out,It was supposedly all I needed to do was change the motor.Since I already had a motor I bought the Jimmy with the pretention that I could use it in the Jimmy. My mechanical skills in the past have been quite strong.I did not know that every bolt/nut was going to be so difficult to remove. Then I was working outdoors.Thats Spring and summer Mother nature through us for a loop.It rained and rain almost everyday for nearly 5 months.I had know of knowing this was going to happen, nobody did. Then when it finaly stopped raining we had a heatwave with temps over 100*.I did as much as I can in the evenings when it was cooler. The engine was out in october finaly and thenew engine in by late november. Then winter came it was unsualy cold that winter. So the Jimmy sat all winter till spring.I went to bolt up the trans it went on smoothly but the pump wouldnt spin.To the best of my knowlege the trans was supposed to be good.I found out otherwise. The sob i bought the jimmy from lied to me and said it was good.BTW I couldnt drive it when I bought it it was on a trailer.$400 I bought it thinking it was good deal.HA HA what a joke. This Jimmy has thrown everything at me that it could. Then you remember about the ghostly board smacking and breaking my windsheild.I knew that was going to happen right?Im being sarcastic!.You know the rest of the story.or can by searching my post that made on this forum.None of it could have been predicted. It just happened and I tryed to plug on.
