So I bought a 2000 4dr 4wd from my boss for 600 bucks. Under 150k in miles. Wanting to of course improve the vehicle. Instantly fell in love. And under the rear of the vehicle I noticed quite a bit of rot. Rear crossmember seems to be close to detaching. Is it worth salvaging or give up Hope's of getting rough with the truck and enjoy it while it lasts?
Rear end rust.
