Default Rough accel, please help

Hello all!! Hippy holidaze!! I'm in an 89 S10 blazer 4.3 2wd. runs really rough when 8n gear and I give some throttle. Only runs good with injector cleaner I'm the gas tank. I've even tried some heet in the gas tank Recently I've changed the tps, maps sensor, temp control sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter and plugs. I even had to rebuild throttle body to clean injectors. And still having issues getting it to run right. When I give some throttle in gear it spitter sputters as it accelerates and continues when driving. I've checked timing to. Can anyone give me some help please. I'm getting ready to go over a pass here in Washington for the holidaze next week and need my rig running right. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Keep moving forward
Hippy holidaze and hippy new year

It runs better after you run a bottle of injector cleaner through the tank or it only runs good when injector cleaner is in the tank? How much are you adding to how much gas?

George

it runs fine with cleaner in tank. it coughs and or hesitates when I'm coming from a stop to accelerating thru the intersection. Also, I was sitting in a drive thru waiting and noticed a rough idle so i put my truck in park and released the brake pedal and the idle returned to normal. I followed the instructions on the bottle
