2001, V6 stumbles when starting off from stop light, also when giving it a little gas with brake applied. Help!

 

Im betting low fuel pressure Mine did same thing and had a rich smell from exhaust but started right up every time and could drive all day but pressure was 30psi now with new genuine gm pump its 58psi and never boggs. U have to have direction and first is check pressure.
