This is why they are charging so much, aside from the cost of a new hood. They are charging her to repaint the entire hood and blending it into the fenders and grill.

I just find it rather amusing that anyone would wash their grandma's car with a mop and then she turns around however many months/years later and charges them for a scratch. Just tell her you were/are a minor and your parents are liable for your actions. Let us know how that works...lol

 

It was a good 5 years ago, my mom brought up the same point. But there is NOOO way i'd be paying for that scratch.

But she also added that she is dissappointed that im not visiting them for christmas with my mom and sister, i decided to roll solo and hang with my dad.

So i think she was using it to make me feel guilty.

And i found a hood for $200 new.
