Default Shift Kit

Im looking to stiffen up my tranny with a shift kit. I have no Idea who makes one though... its for a '89 blazer 4.3, 4x4, 700r4 (i think). Thanks

Ok I found the b&M site... how do I know what tranny I have? Is it the th400 or the 700r4/ Thanks

You definitely do not have the TH400... You have the 700R4 as you stated already.

Also, B&M isn't the only manufacturer of transmission shift kits. They are one of the better, but there is also TransGo. You can find many of these on sites like Jegs.com or SummitRacing.com.

Also, check out the DIY section. I helped another member install a shift kit in his 2nd gen Blazer a few years ago.
