Simple Snowy Drive Gone Bad...

its alright. ive had a shop recommended to me that will put a new sheet metal "clip" where its crushed in. same thing happened to my buddys chevy pickup, and it looks great. i havent got a price yet, but i may not be able to afford it. if so, ill try to buy another Blazer and use this one as a parts vehicle and toy to play in the mud haha

$115 later, the Blazer is back at the college behind the shop.. now that the snows melted off the top and the suns shinin, you can see the damage better. theres a couple creases about 5in long each. those can be either straightened or cut out, then have another pieces welded in. im not too worried about it. i can do most of the work myself, but its gonna be a long, slow, expensive process

i think ive made my final decision......
my neighbor is sellin his 90's GMC 1500 pickup for $2500. its a white 2wd, regular cab, long bed. your basic work truck. the 4.3L was replaced with a 5.3L crate V8, tranny recently rebuilt, front end (suspension and steering) all new. 10ply tires still decent, no rust. this truck is great, and i wouldnt trust anyone more than him to buy a vehicle from.. he's known my stepdad for YEARS and is an automotive/Jeep guru haha.
looks like my little Blazer will be a toy now but nows the hard part- savin enough to buy the pickup
