Our local news showed some footage of the East Coast pounding. We got MAYBE 4" here on Fri/Sat. Last year at this time we had tons of snow in Central Iowa. Everything is staying North of us though. I would LOVE to have some more snow though.

I have about 12-15 inches. Luckly i got the front of my house blown out before the snow blower broke. Why would you use plastic clips to retain the cables for the drive wheels and blade on a snow blower? Cold and plastic= broken plastic. Stupid design.

Some pics while driving to get snow pants for my 11 year old. The 18 wheeler is stuck in a super market drive way and the silver import is stuck in another lot. The silver import was still there 45 minutes later when we drove back the other way.

we didnt get anything here in MI. It going to be 50 and rainy on friday. Which sucks cause that will most likely melt all of the snow we currently have. It has been a bad start to winter for snow plowing.

That import, a CRV?! how is it stuck? I mean the snow isn't even up the body. I supposed the ice underneinth is probably stopping it from moving. I've been in tons of snow storms etc only been hung up once in a similair situation in my '80 GMC Sierra Grande.
Total whiteout as we came up beside a field & then BOOM... 3'-4' of hard, wind packed snow for about 300'. We stayed on the gas & went in about 50' & then UP & stopped lol. That took a long time to dig out the undercarraige.
