With two teenage sons, I'm pretty good at pretending I know the answer when I really don't, if that'll help at all

Its questions for a paper I have to write for one of my courses.
Why did you get into this career?
What kind of training would help me get an entry level job in this career?
What do you like and dislike about your work?
What is a typical day on the job for you?
What are the opportunities for advancement?
What is the job outlook for this kind of work?
What are the salary ranges for this kind of work?
