Hello all, new guy here, just bought a 97 blazer 2dr. Ive search the forums best i could and most of what i found related to the carrier not staying closed, i have the opposite issue. The spring loaded hook that hold the arm in place has somehow moved in front of and above the lever that actuates it. I can work the lever that would normally release the carrier, but the lock itself doesnt move. Whats the best way to un latch the swing arm, and is there a mod to prevent from happening again? Thanks in advance.
