Default Torsion Bar Crank?

ive seen alotta guys that have done the "T-bar crank" to get 1.5'' on the front end. how can i go about doin this? and, does it screw with alignment?

i wanted to do the torsion key and shackle kit from eBay for $80. but if i dont need the keys, i can get shackles for about $50. thanks!!

Not to sound rude but this had been covered more times than almost anything else on this forum. Do a search or just browse around the suspension section and you will find all of your answers!
