Default Under the hood similarities or differences

I have a 04 2dr extreme. A local shope has a 98 air box kit. Are the under the hood and behind the headlights design of the 4.3L all the same. All help and input welcomed

Yup should be the same for all gen 2 trucks i believe, atleast 1998-2005.
