Default VERY stupid wheel question

Dont think im somekind of idiot who thinks this is a good idea, but i was wondering what would happen if i bolted my wheels on backwards, like the outside of the rim facing in, what would happen to the truck.

The wheel nuts would come loose and your wheel would fall off.
The wheel is bevelled where the wheel nuts attatch and that's how they stay tight.

Sometimes it's better to ask than find out the hard way. Hell I've had a wheel fall off before that was installed the right way, ha.
