Default Vibration in Front end.

Ok Well I've been having a vibration in my front end for a few months now and I decided last week to try to find out what is was. So First off I changed all 4 tires because of uneven wear. Helped a bit but still was there. Then changed both upper ball joints. That helped too but now I'm stumped. Now it vibrates only when I turn the wheel to the left or hit a hump in the road. Anyone have any clue what this could be?

Sounds like you have a bad wheel bearing. Its a common problem with these trucks.

when you did the BJ's, did you inspect the idler arm & pitman arm? you don't mention what year your truck is, or the mileage on it, but i had to do the pitman arm on my '98 when i bought it last Christmas, and the truck only had 158K on it (98,000 miles).
i changed the idler arm while i was @ it, 'cause if the pitman is shot, it's gonna put a strain on the idler as well.
