Granted I'm stretching the imagination a bit by calling the SSR an el camino.

SSR's are one of the very few Chevy trucks I'd spent a lot of money on.

i didn't say i wont support this, i just said petitions dont work
as for the SSR, I'll give that one too you. The SSR could be called the new "El Camino". But if we go that way with this, it lends support to my "I dont want crap with a blazer badge" thing from my first post. If they tweak an Isuzu Ascender and put "blazer" on the back hatch, I'll be insulted, not happy.

I would say, bestcase senario, if the blazer did return, it would do so in it's CURRENT form: The Brazilian Model. No v8, not even a 4.3... but im not a very optomistic guy

I just saw the new commercial for the 2011 ford festiva. Why not bring back some other gems like the Probe or the Pinto while were at it? Hey, Toyota is doing the new 4 runner in a "Retro style with modern comfort", from what I've read... what's GM's compitition? Really. I'd just like to see a modern rendition of the K5 or s series blazer, as long as it looks like a SUV and not a crossover "egg" looking thing I see circling the Target parking lot on sunday. Or, how about a 2010 454 ss pickup? Not ethical or econimical, but...

um... what's not ethical about helping your buddy move his washer/dryer at 130 mph on a Saturday in your 2011 Colorado SS 454?
