General Chat Chat about all things Blazer (and related vehicles). Off-topic stuff should be in the lounge, and all mechanical problems should be posted in the proper forum.

What have you done WITH your Blazer today?

That's a pretty good drive, but Iowa is nice. My parents live there, and I've driven out there from California many times.

Yesterday, it got a nice little sprint in and to NYC. That GWB is a pothole mess. I think I skidded over one. Mustangs love my truck....

Today, I took it to work and may be falling in love with it again.

Does that count, lol?

my baby is running like a top I was really kind of amazed.

Same here. If it is up to 100MPH.. I get Porsches and Audis (slow) to look at my truck like "wtf?" (They got me over 100 though.)

I DID leave the Porsche that said "Turbo" on the back of it be, though. The Parkway is a racetrack, let me tell you... and most people keep it under 90...

Hauled the toys out to the trails and played around for a little bit.

Wife and I had a good time

Managed to get my 2wd stuck and the 4x4 wheeler couldn't pull it out. Had to grab the Blazer and pull it out lol

Took it to work today

And cycled all the R-134a through it like three times. Even got pressure kind of good. Compressor still won't kick on..

Drove 3.5 hrs between 20km/h and 60km/h to get her home... bearing went in the engine while on the highway. Since I had no way to get myself home, and I already knew I needed a new engine, i punished her like no tomorrow, and yet she still got me home lovingly...

and that's why I'll get a new engine over a new ride, i love my blazer.

Took mine on a shopping trip to Walmart today as well. What a zoo that place has become... I mean, it's never really been the most formal place lol. But with the Walmart here in town closing at 8:30pm instead of being open 24 hours a day, all the "crazies" that normally show up at 2-3am have to go shopping with us regulars, and man do you see some things...
