what have you gotten done on your blazer today?
Washed it again today. Last sunday I spent about 5 hours in the sun restoring the plastic, and putting the Turtle Wax Black on every inch of black.... Then the next day it rained and dried a bunch of dirt to it. Basically looked like black with dirty leopard prints.
Maybe I'll make an appt tomorrow and get some new tires on these dang Iroc rims after 8 months of them being in the back..... I still haven't vacuumed the interior yet!!! That's a scary job.

Hi all, been a long time since I posted anything. Anyhow I got the anti sway bar re installed, rear defrost fixed, and fixed the original dash panel for the headlight switch etc back in place. I noticed an immediate difference with the anti sway bar back in, lots smoother like a new pair of shocks.

Good to know because I just got me some poly end link bushings
Gave the Blazer a bath and installed the leather seats, they are realllllly dry and not in as good of shape as I thought but will work till I can get some new custom covers. I cleaned then and treated them a few times, still dry but allot better. The wiring was really easy since I already had a power drivers seat. Got both wired and both work, haven't tried the heat function yet. One question though have any of you guys used those repair kits they have on eBay to fix the recline lever? The passenger seat is manual track all the is power is the lumbar and heat, and the recline handle is broken. Well here are a few pics.

I started on the door panels. Thanks to some fellow blazer owners it wasn't all that bad. Took off the map pocket and the cloth at the top that no longer matches the interior. Tomorrow I'm going to reupholster them with the new color that I'm painting it(at the paint shop now). Really hope it turns out ok as I've never done it before.
I got my blazer back together and on the road this morning, after pulling the upper manifold off to expose the fuel pressure regulator (located on the rear of the Spider unit body) I was able to verify that I did in fact have a leaking regulator, which was causing all sorts of issues, including a CEL code PO301 "Cylinder 1 misfire". I checked all of the obvious causes for a misfire and had determined that this was a fuel related problem and not an ignition issue. So after I was sure I was on the right track, I ordered the "SCPI to MFI upgrade kit for 4.3 V6". by the way... my blazer is a 2003, so it came factory with The MFI (Multi-Port Fuel Injection) instead of the CSFI (Central Sequential Fuel Injection). The reason I ordered the "upgrade kit" even though mine was already upgraded at the GM factory was because the kit comes with the rubber gasket seal kit. I figured that I might as well change the whole spider assembly while I have the intake manifold open, this way I'll have all new fuel injectors. I could have cheaped out and just bought the regulator by itself, but hey why not change it all out while I'm in there.
I took it for a drive this afternoon and couldn't be happier with the improved throttle response and super smooth idle. I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing an increase in fuel economy as well. It was definitely worth the $300 spent on the kit. That price includes the tax and shipping, total amount UPS to my door.

When I removed the upper manifold there was fuel pooling inside all of the low spots and pockets in the casting of the lower manifold and the regulator was wet on the outside with fuel.
