You need a new transfer case seal - tranny fluid from the transmission is filling the transfer case to the brim. Ask me how I know this! Your entire vacuum system is now full of tranny fluid.

You'll have to drill and drain your vacuum canister too, then seal the hole back up before re-installing.

Finally started the build and took the engine from the stocking location to a friends garage for tear-down. Taken all apart it now sits at my place waiting to be hot-tanked at my machine shop.

I went out and did a little R&D in the snow. (Reverse and Drive a couple of times )2WD only. I like the KO tires ! I still need to replace the transfer vase seal before I replace the T/C Vac. actuator to operate 4WD.
