I had to take the steering shaft off from the gear box.It only took about 5 minutes to unloosen and retighten it.I also used a 3/8 rubber vac hose to put the spark plugs in.

I bought a Valentine's day gift for Bob. Putting this Class III Reese hitch in today right after I finish building the motor for my VW bug. Need to be able to pull a trailer & flat tow the bug on occasion.

Gutted the tail lights and bumper blinkers that I made for the jimmy to salvage the LED's for the trailblazer project.

Was nice to know that this was the only first gen in the world to have custom built LED lights like this.

Was a total of 420 LED's,
240 for the tail lights
30 for the reverse lights
30 white leds for the parking lights up front
and 120 leds for the turn signals up front.
With a grand total of 1680 solder points because they were superflux LED's. not to mention all the circuits that I had to solder too. Well worth it.

That's a lot of LED's! Are you going to mount them on the Trailblazer?

Yeah, I am going to be building LED lights for the trail blazer.
I still have to do a bit more research on the wiring diagrams to get everything working properly, But I have about 90% of what I need to know about how it is all wired right now.

I will have to de-solder all of those lights from the current boards to build new arrays since the tail lights on a TB are obviously different than a 93 Jimmy s15.
But that is half of the fun, right?

I designed controller boards for the LED's, and the LED arrays, figured out vehicles wiring to get them to work. I think I have the LED flashers covered

Got rid of the Jimmy and picked up this 04 Trailblazer with 93,000 miles.
Have not had working 4wd for 2 years so we got a 2wd.
The thing is spotless, picked it up for a bit over 5000. Got 200 for the Jimmy.
