This is what I have gotten done today.

It's made out of nylon so to keep it from slipping and moving all over the place while driving, I used 8 zip ties to secure it. As you can see I still need to trim them.

New seat covers.

Please for give the clutter, I really need to clean her out.

Take care.

got up early and drove my daughter to school, just so i could see how well it does in snow, not bad, 4 wheel anti-lock is working. this thing is so heavy it does pretty well in 2wd, in 4wd its like a snow-time drag racer, even with marginal tires. the abs is a little scary at first, what with the noise and the pedal pulsation.

Haha. Today I went outside a saw the guy who lives upstairs doing the whole back and forth thing in his 2wd blazer. He yelled over "Looks like we're snowed in". I just laughed at him. Started her up popped in 4hi and back out nice and smoothly. Its a tank in snow. Drove down streets completely unplowed and people snow-blowing their driveways had quite the look on their faces lol.

Also tried to get my GFs car out of the driveway, No luck. No grip especially on snow and loose gravel lol. So I just shoveled a little path for it lol. She left and not a minute later. RING RING "I'm stuck" lol she tried to go down an unplowed road. Made it a foot in lol. Pulled her back out but managed to pull her into the bank aswell because of traffic. So turn around and try pulling her right out. NOPE road was greasy and I was just slipping in 2wd, 4 hi and lo. Nothing. So some guy in a huge stacked Duramax pulled her out with ChAinS! AAHHHHHH. Me no likey. But it worked and she drove home and I drove her to work lol.

Thats it today but its still not over lol

Fueled it up, washed it & made an appointment for it to get the transmission rebuilt & upgraded. Wasn't going into reverse when cold & always had a lonnnng shift 1-2. Now with the extra power I want it to be strong.

Replaced the blower resistors, took out the timing light that the shop accidentally left in it (so that's why it kept missing on the freeway this week...). I'll give that back to them when I pick up my Buick (getting MAF sensor replaced under warranty).

Will run it through the car wash tomorrow - it's got about half an inch of salt caked on it already...

Bought a new grill guard today. Will be here in 5-7 business days, and on my truck as soon as I get it.
