I got this today and put it on.

Now I just need to make a heat shield for it.

I also went wheelin' again and at some point I lost 4x4, so now I'll need to start looking for the cause of that.

Mostly? It can only be a certain % like 10% or so, otherwise it'll dry out seals etc.

We have an ethanol enriched gas here, a couple of them. Really good octane levels @94 but you pay for that. The bonus is a blended in gas line anti freeze/dry fuel that has a lot of bang. As Ed (see my link below for his resume) says octane is octane & he's been using the ethanol fuels since they came out here in DD's & strip vehicles. He may not be God, but it would still be hard to argue against him IMO.

man i need to look into getting or making a roll cage for the k5. i really want to make one myself seeing how i have a welding class this semester i might actually be able to do it. ive been online on the k5 forums looking at peoples rigs and trying to figure out a plan of attack. i still have no idea how to mount it. lol. all this hoops talk. welded or bolted to the frame? no clue. either way i might go out and take some measurements of the rig to see what i can plan up. wish me luck guys....
