I wouldn't mind putting heating elements in the K5 seats! (kidding... or am I??)
That's what everybody says! I just don't get it! Even after I turn them off, I still have back pain. Hey, if seat warmers work for you, then more power to ya... but for me they are medieval torture devices used only by the cruelest torturers in the world. I want seat coolers like CLK class Mercedes have!

And hopefully my replacement seat handles will arrive today and I can post about being able to recline again!!!

Regards,

Thomas

i love the seat warmers in my dad's mountaineer and in my friends bimmer. He's thinking about putting seat warmers in the back seats. I'm going to see how that goes and if we can do it pretty easy I'll consider putting some in. Today was the perfect day for having seat warmers. that seat was cold for a good 10 minutes this morning...

i don't think you're kidding Kyle, especially if you plan on driving her in the Winter. besides, if you're gonna go through all that work of swapping over the 'Burb harness & driveline, why not go all out?

it'll defiately look pimp.

and i hear ya on being hooked on the heated seats. sure was nice last Winter when it hit -30/35 degrees.

The replacement seat handles came today, I put the driver side one on... very easy and most of all, it works!!! That seat hasn't been adjusted in years! It was sure nice to be able to recline again. When it stops being windy and cold I'll put the passenger side one on.

Well got slow while I was at work so I decided to run down to autozone and ended up getting some much needed gaskets and changed them. Ended up changing both header gaskets as well as both collector gaskets, nice and quiet at last.
