My alt its on the pass side. I used about 10-12 in of red wire for the alt and about 5.5 ft of black for the three grounds. I'll make sure I get the write up done tomorrow morning so you can check it out.

Awesome, thanks, I got 10 feet of wire, I think it should be enough, even though my alt is on the drivers side.

I finally got around to rebuilding my rod knocking motor. It turns out the motor is from a 2002 Blazer it had a 255 crank in it. It's nice not to hear the knocking noise anymore..

Repaired the E - break shoe clip on the passenger side of the Jimmy. Some knuckle head thought it was a good idea to use a 6-32 screw and nut to hold a square piece of steal instead of a retaining clip for the shoe.. I was going to replace it when I did the breaks when I bought the beast. But I was rushed since the ol grunt was getting a little tired on some things that needed special attention and the inspection had run out.

how is it when I run into a wet dream I end up with a friggin nightmare?

I took it in to have the rear brakes looked at. Turns out they were just real full of brake dust and dirt so they said I got a few thousand more miles left on them. So I had them change my belt while it was in the shop. I know I couldve done it but I was lazy, lol. So I paid 95 bucks to have it changed. Kinda regretting it now but oh well.
