what have you gotten done on your blazer today?
Well, ive done nothing to it today. worked from 11am to 4pm. Made a quick 100 bucks. So now ive got 200 bucks worth of parts money to spend at the 50% off sale tomorrow at the pull your parts place.
Today,i also woke up with i believe is the flu,my upper chest, face, etc is just battered, and ive ran a high temp all day. Worked though it. Im not missing tomorrow though thats for sure.

Pulled my throttle body to clean and rebuild it. Got everything off, and the TB was caked in grease. Other than that, all was great, until I pulled the FPR. Spring is in 4 different pieces. New it's $45 just for things I already have and a spring... Going to go to a yard tomorrow and hopefully pull one. Luckily, there are several TBI setups there, and shouldn't be hard to find a good spring.
Alt is now installed, went smooth as butter. Man, this thing is quite a bit bigger than the little stocker. When I pulled the stocker, that thing is OG.. 190k miles on it. I was spinning it, and it was squeaking and grinding, Found out where the small squeak was coming from when the truck was running LOL
Pick-N-Pull had a 50% off sale this weekend, which I wasn't aware of. Went and pulled a 3 piece set of aluminum skid plates, an Accel coil, misc. bolts, a new FPR spring, proportioning valve from a Non-ABS S10, did a rain check for a bumper, and may buy a '92 Camaro for $1300 from there. It has a clean title, runs great and has a decent body. Just needs a new interior, and some sheet metal work on the rear quarter. Everything from there today cost lest than $30, $20 of it being from the skid plates.
