Installing my new headlights. I must modificate the headlight brackets to install the new, this is the reason why I unplugged the grille. I also redo in matt black the rusty parts.

I still have the one out of the Jimmy. From what I can tell from research, everything is the same inside except for the 2 output shafts ...because first gen has flanges, second gen has CV's that insert.

Should be able to swap the guts out ... but I'm not that motivated. After all the work I've put into this thing, we need to drive it until the wheels fall off in order to break even. That's what we shall do. 2wd it will be ... unless I get motivated a couple years down the road .. or the body rots off the frame (which is due to happen very soon) & it becomes a yard horse.

I fixed my 4X4, my front axle was not engaging when I hit the button and no lights were coming on but I could feel the transfercase shifting. So I started checking the vacuum lines and found that most of them were bad, replaced all the vacuum lines and works perfect now. Also replaced my rear window strong arms. Now I just need to do my pass side cv axle and hub.

Got the door latches in the mail today from Chris. All I have to do is clean them up (mainly the drivers side right now since I wont be getting to the passenger side this year) lube it all up, and install it along with new pins and bushings, and the drivers door SHOULD close like butter, but with my luck, sure I will still have problems.
