Wow, alot of tailgates i see. About 80% of blazer I see down here have the hatch. I thought mine was rare .... Guess not.

I believe that all 2 door trucks have the tailgate so that will skew the numbers a bit.

Well i see tons of 4 doors around here with hatch.

i was in the same boat... all i ever see is the lift gate... in fact the first tailgate blazer i have dealt with was the one i looted the brake lights from.

hmmm..........that's an interesting point Matt & Curtis.

all of the 2nd gen Blazer/Jimmy's that i've parted out have had a TG (all were 4 door trucks). and yet......every truck sitting @ my main wreckers have the LG.

figure that one out!

it's because the lucky folk with 2 drs dont toss em to the JY unless the **** the bed, or get mushed

actually, only 5 of the 12 Blazer/Jimmy's in there are 4 doors.

so a majority of the beat boxes are 3 doors.

Yeah, I've never seen a tailgate at the junkyard. And i work at a grocery store and collect carts, and still all i ever see is lift gates.

well, according to your little thread here, it seems that TG are more the norm around the forum.

currently a 3:1 for the TG crowd (23:8)
