On the left side put a sticker that says Chevys and the right side put a sticker that says fords.

Too me it looks like the previous owner had some lighting rigged up. Maybe either some extra brake lights, or reverse lights.
Because it looks like the two small holes are for the screws, while the larger hole in the middle was for the wires. Might have been said already but I like to give my to $.02...
