What Year is this??
ditto.
sorry, that white one is NOT a '91.
here is a '83 thru '90,

and a '91 thru '94.

can you see the difference now?
funny thing, i can see your confusion. while i just did a Google search for a 1990 & a 1991 S10 Blazer, the pic of the '93 Blazer i threw up there, actually showed up in the 1990 search as well.
just goes to show you, not everything on search engines is trustable.

ummm........the bumpers are the same (some had the impact strip, some didn't) but the '91 thru '94 Jimmy's had a really nice upper bumper impact strip (followed the contours of the grill opening).
but like i said earlier, the rad support is different as well. ever so slightly.
you can put a '91 thru '94 grill into a '90 & older truck, it's just that the HL's sit higher in the grill opening, and are a RPITA to have to adjust. a rad support isn't expensive anyways, and all the hardware to bolt it in & attach the parts to it, are all the same from '83 thru '94.
ok, that's enough for me tonight, i've got work in a few hours.
l8er.

I'm sticking with my original thought that it's an '89. My '89 had an aluminum strip running across the end gate and the word Chevrolet imprinted on the right (passenger) side of it. I purchased the vehicle from the original owner and it was never involved in an accident so I'm confident the end gate was never replaced.
My '85 GMC T-15 had the same aluminum strip on the end gate, but GMC was imprinted on the left (driver) side of it.
