Told ya. Some guys just don't believe. Actually the whole concept does sound like snake oil but I've got a 84 S-15 Jimmy with the wing and a 94 S-10 Blazer without it and let's just say I'm glad my 94 has a wiper system on it. The "official" name for the wing is an "air deflector" (from the Service Manual) and does serve it's intended function.
