if i take my 02 chevy blazer to my stealership concerning recalls over the last 8 years, are they obligated to repair recalls not done by the previous owner; owners ???????

 

An authorized dealer would be able to run you VIN and tell if another authorized dealer had done any GM recall repairs or not. I don't know whether or not there is a statute of limitations on recalls. Ask your local dealer to be sure.
