Edit again: Ok that was driving me nuts lol, i think all the pictures are mirrored. the rear windshield wiper in on the wrong side in the bottom left picture. i hate mirrors

 

While not common rhd aint unheard of over here. Rual mail carriers got them all the time. My mail carrier has a red one she still drives. Looks to be real to me, blowing it up on my phone makes it fuzzy but the plates seem to read right. If it was all flipped pics those would be backwards.

 

Seems mirrored to me. The gas cap is on the right side too.

 

Unless they the 2 top ones are mirrored images I think that truck is RHD. I don't see a steering wheel in those pics either.

 

The image has been deleted, funny that. By the way my RHD has the fuel filler on the left hand side.

 

but is the rear window wiper on the left side on RHD?

 

Its on the right hand side.
