So I don't have a blazer as of yet. I grew up with them and have always wanted one for my own.
Anyhow now I can but I wanted to do some research first.
Can anyone tell me what year they started putting smog equipment on the Blazers?
I just want the engine under the hood. None of the smog crapola.
I would think that a 75 or older wouldn't have it but I had a 75 Cherokee and it had all that smog stuff and made it a pain to work on.
Thanks!

I don't think there has ever been a Blazer manufactured without smog equipment, even a cat.
I wanna say American cars as far back as 1967 had A.I.R. pumps.
