Default Windshield Nozzles

Okay guys as you know I now have a cowl hood on my truck but now my windshield nozzles shoot up to high. I was trying to adjust them with a needle but it didnt help, so anyone have any ideas on how to adjust them? I have looked all over...

Does not mean that they cant be relocated and the holes filled, otherwise, pull them out, angle them down with some sort of spacer in there.
