Depending on what it's like in person, my thought is hell yes. If it's really in as good a shape as it looks in the pics then I would definitely pay that.
I'd like to see what kind of shape the interior is in though.

Depends... You really need to go look at it and see if there is rot in the usual spots (rockers, bed cross support, wheel arches, etc).

I would say yes its worth it as well. I paid 3000 for my stock '82. If it was painted recently it shouldn't have any body rust. I missed looking inside the rear wheel wells at the cab corners( think thats what they are) and found a nice hole about the size of the bottom of my shoe(size 12), and a few small ones under the carpet. Fiber-glass fixes them quick though. my friends said I got ripped off but that was the one I wanted, I liked the 81-82 bumper. Its all on what you want but I say it would be worth it... Also says O.B.O so you could offer lower if you like it.

From the pics I would say yes...but you have to see it in person.......and drive it. And with the economy the way it is..........shoot him an offer. That's how I got mine.........I paid less than half of what the guy was asking. If it is something you really want and have been looking for a long time........then I say it is worth what ever you are willing to pay. I paid 6k for my 73 impala......it might be a little high......but it was the cleanest one I could find around my way....with 33,000 original miles.
