my check engine light came on, so i went to auto zone for them to pull the codes and tell me whats wrong. it was sluggish and occasionally would just stall. the results of the code was..."low voltage to the o2 sensors" grrrrrrrr please tell me what that means.. is it the actual sensors or the wiring or what.

Check your battery terminals. My Blazer had that code when I bought it with the SES light on 3 years ago. Turned out to be weak connection at the battery terminal. I replaced the 2 nut/connector inserts and cleaned the battery and voila, that was it!

As Chevy Lover said, did they give you an actual code number? Should be POxxx. If you have that you can look up the code to get a better idea of what's wrong.
