has anyone tried that redesigned idler arm from moog? My blazer's had loose steering for the past 20k miles and I had it on the lift last week and I'm definitely going to look into it. It might help with your steering issue as well.

And last but not least remember that Blazers have a cotton, rubber, space age steering shaft adapter that insures that you will never have perfect steering. GO GM!

Funny but 60K miles is when every mechanic tells their customers to trade the Blazer before you have to do $2000 worth of front end work that sounds like yours is 'bout ready for.

My after market replacement front end parts have lasted 3X longer than OEM.

Well lets see an update on my vibration and steering issues. I took the blazer in for the warranty work that had to be done on it.....and they replaced the "steering Gear box" to fix the steering issue, its no longer loose, they said that would help some of the vibration in the steering wheel and it seemed to, they also balanced all of my tires and the vibration seems to be there slightly but maybe I'm just to use to driving a car since I havent had an SUV in a few years. But as of now its currently fixed....

Holy mother of all dealerships! Where is this dealer located because I just found the place I want to buy my next used car or truck from. You had less that an inch of travel in your steering wheel and they gave you a new steering box? Send that place a case of Jack Daniels!

With your post it seems like thats odd...is it an expensive part or something? but yeah on the same note....this dealership is great so far, 1st I got my 02 blazer for a good deal, plus they just extended my warranty for 2 weeks since my blazer was just in for a week for warranty work. I asked for this of course. One thing i was shocked about is that my warranty covers the drivetrain only but they fixed alot of items not associated with that under warranty also. They replaced my passenger side visor(the plastic cover over the mirror was broke so they went and replaced the whole thing), the black plastic on my rear bumper was cracked so they replaced that with a new one, My lights in the switches on the passenger door were dead so they fixed that(are the bulbs replaceable or did they replace the whole switc??), My driver side power window made a weird noise half way down, they took care of that, they aligned my headlights, reimbursed me for a set of silverstars headlight bulbs since the night i picked the truck up it had a dead headlight, and the dealership is about 45 miles away from me so I didnt want to drive back that night. and lastly they changed my oil while it was in. So I cant complain......they also replaced the steering gear box like stated before, and a few other things...
