I have 2 hoses comin out of the transfer case that go down itto one hose where does this hose go to?

Probably to the top of the transfer case. I think you're talking about a vent hose.
Is it just hanging down loose? About the diameter of your finger?

NO THEY ARE 1/8 INCH HOSES OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT...WILL TRY TO POST PIC AGAIN
