What year truck do you have?
I have manuals for some years, but I can't try to help if I don't know what year I'm looking for.
You can edit your post to add the info....thanks
It could be the switch or the motor. The seat uses different motors for forward/back and tilt.
There are three screws on the side of the seat to remove the trim plate to access the connectors if you want to check for power.

do you mean that the seat won't move backwards, or do you mean that it's moving backwards on its own?
