power steering trouble

I will go buy another pump anyhow but you know how it is. Wanna figure this out. Just tired of all the ps fluid everywhere

I am just trying to think how i would of screwed the pump up inside if i did. The cam ring and presure plate are to be installed with the elongates holes farthest the pressure port and the cam ring arrow side to be installed farthest from pulley and in the same direction. this is how i understood there sketchy *** directions.

I just had a look thru my haynes manual (67 to 87), and they don't even get into p.s. pump overhaul.
Post again when you get it fixed, I'm interested in the results.
post a pic of your truck too, as you can see by my collection, I like the older ones.
I need to over haul the carb on my green '74 convertible this week 'cause it's decided to start flooding on me.
