Default Transmission acting weird

Alright so i have a 1995 Blazer with the 4.3 Vortec 4x4 with 125,000 miles. I was driving it the other day when i noticed that the transmission was hesitating to shift. I really noticed it when i would get on the gas really good, what seems to happen is the shifts arent firm. It goes into high revs as im on the gas and then when its sopposed to shift it seems to almost go into neutral but the revs really dont go flying up. Seems to be the weirdest thing.

I havent towed anything with it and only used the Four wheel drive once in heavy snow.

If anyone could explain some things to me, im really not too familar with these transmissions and im wondering if the trans is on its way out or if something needs to be done.

I already changed the trans fluid and filter.

Any help would be great, thanks guys!!

Get the computer DTC's scanned to see if there are any indications as to what is happening. You might be at the beginning trans rebuild if you don't get this fixed soon.

There are some possibilities but without knowing what codes are stored it would mean going to a tranny shop for repairs.

so i pulled the codes and i have no codes in the system.

Im really thinking that i have a tranny going not too happy about this

i did however buy 255/70/15 General Grabber AT2 for the truck!! so i guess its time everything goes and tranny is next.
