Default yyyfew minor problems

ok so my blazer is having some minor malfunctions....as well as a few big ones but this is just in regards to the little annoyances. First off the fuse for my turning signals continually needs to be replaced......its been like this for months now and i even upped it to a higher fuse 20s and 25s both still burn out....im now stuck with 2 boxes of fuses in my car for when i should need to replace the fuse again....anyone know what might be causing it? Secondly, my windshield jets wont work....no water sprays, but the wipers still work....is it electrical?

It's late so I can't think about signal fuses right now but as for you washers, can you hear the pump working?
If you can hear the pump running, remove the hoses from the nozzles and see if water comes out when you run the pump. If it does, the nozzles are probably plugged and can be cleared with compressed air or a needle.
If no water comes out of the hoses, it's probably a pump (weak or worn out).

When does your fuse blow? Just when you operate the signals, or when you have the signals on and hit the brakes?
See if there is a certain circumstance or combination of thing that are operating when the fuse blows. That will make it easier to diagnose.
